Steven has been Senior Partner since 1999. He leads the Property Valuation and Consultancy Division and operates nationally in the commercial property and development sectors. He tends to focus on landlord and tenant matters, development land valuation and sales.
Steven is recognised across the country due to his role as expert witness, single joint expert or third party in dispute resolution cases. He is also frequently appointed by the RICS or the parties to act as an Arbitrator or Independent Expert in a variety of land and property disputes.
Particular skills include the appraisal of large development schemes for valuation purposes and viability testing at various planning stages; and dealing with land options and subject to planning permission disposals.
Current clients include a variety of private and public bodies, including local authorities, trusts, charities, schools, plc developers and corporate businesses.
