Steven has been Senior Partner since 1999. He heads the Property Valuation and Consultancy Division, operating nationally in the commercial property and development land sectors with a focus on landlord and tenant matters, development land valuation and sales.
Steven is recognised across the country due to his role as Expert Witness or third party in dispute resolution cases. He is also frequently appointed to act as an Arbitrator or Independent Expert in various property disputes.
Steven acted recently as an Expert Witness in what was reported as the UK’s largest development valuation dispute to go before the Courts or a third party.
Current clients include a variety of private and public bodies, including local authorities, trusts, charities, schools, plc developers and corporate businesses.
