John joined Haslams as a Consultant Rating Surveyor in 2002, having previously worked in the Valuation Office (District Valuers) in the Specialist Rating Unit.
John’s professional background enables him to give our clients excellent advice on all aspects of rating, and nearly all his appeals have been successful in achieving significant savings for them.
He will advise, and submit appeals if appropriate, on a wide variety of property types including shops, offices, industrial premises, educational establishments, restaurants, hotels and sporting facilities.
Recent major clients have included Reading Football Club, the University of Wales in Aberystwyth and the Millennium Madejski Hotel.
