Christopher is an Associate Partner and provides valuations and advice on all types of residential property for a variety of purposes, including tax and matrimonial disputes.
He specialises in Leasehold Reform Valuations, advising clients on residential lease extensions, lease purchase and collective enfranchisement.
Christopher is also a member of the Expert Witness Institute and will report on all residential valuation and negligence disputes, including presenting evidence in Court or before a Tribunal.
